LAHORE: Facing a ban on playing cricket, highly skilled fast bowler Muhammad Amir will submit his application for pardoning his punishment to International Cricket Council soon.
“Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to stand with the young fast bowler,” sources said.
Amir with other two Pakistani players including Salman Butt and Muhammad Asif were caught red handed on having ties with a spot fixer during a tour to England.
ICC’ new legal system has a room to pardon the punishment of Amir.
“It is hopeful that Amir will get the permission to play domestic after getting annulment of the punishment,” sources said.
However, any decision regarding the issue will be possible after conclusion of Big Three plan.
