QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Wednesday has allowed the Jamhoori Watan Party’s provincial chief Shahzain Bugti to go to Dera Bugti, a district and territory of Bugti tribe of Balochistan.
The BHC has directed the authorities to allow JWP’s Shahzain Bugti along with refugees as many as 12,000 for entrance in their hometown, Dera Bugti, from where they were displaced following military operation in 2005.
The court ordered the provincial interior and other related department to assist the refugees and asked the displaced person to coordinate with the governmental authorities.
Government officials were asked to ensure complete control of law and order situation until the process is completed and ordered to make arrangements for daily scanning and checking of 100 persons.
Refugees were asked to submit their complete information and particular in the court; while disallowed to carry narcotics, illegal materials and vehicles specially cars without number plates with them.
