KARACHI: Following a strike call against the killing of Mufti Usman, the leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-S (JUI-S), all the private schools to remain closed in Karachi on Friday.
Private Schools Association Chairman Khalid Shah said that all private schools in city would remain closed due to law and order situation.
In his statement, Khalid Shah said that the association took the decision as no notification was issued from the Sindh education department. Provincial education minister and secretary are in London these days, he added.
Moreover, University of Karachi has also announced to postpone their exams.
