KARACHI: One of the prominent law enforcement agencies in Karachi, Police received another terror attack from the criminals in Korangi area of the metropolis on Thursday.
Assailants have carried out attacked in the metropolis’ densely populated and prominent area of Korangi by opening fire on police mobile van performing duties.
No casualties have been reported but the officials retaliation move lead the law enforcement agency to detain three attackers on the spot, Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) East said.
One of the attackers has been identified as Noman.
More contingents of law enforcement agencies have been called in the area after the incident.
According to local new channel reports, at least 18 police officials were died till yet during violent attacks in Karachi during this month.
Moreover, an intelligence official was injured in a recent terrorist attack by unknown assailants carried out at Jauhar round-about located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area.
Earlier, two policemen, Constables Javaid and Asif, had lost their lives in terrorists’ attack while three others including two security officials were injured.
