ISLAMABAD: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has decided for giving some more electricity shocks to already inflation, terrorism-hit nation by hike in prices up to Rs1 per unit for domestic consumers.
NEPRA approved the summary for an increment in electricity prices sent by power supply companies except Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC).
Noticeable thing regarding the approval is, the summary was related to hike in prices from December 2013 which finally approved by the NEPRA.
The electricity dues with respect to the new prices will be added in the consumers’ bills of February except the consumers of KESC and Life Line.
