Rawalpindi: A fire has been erupted at Armed Forces Institute Cardiology (AFIC) on Wednesday, where former military ruler Pervez Musharraf getting treatment.
According to reports, fire erupted at the fourth floor of the hospital due to electric short circuit.
The reports said that armed forces personnel extinguished the fire before any damage as he had been trained to control the situations like this.
No casualties have n report in the accident.
Musharraf remained secluded in the AFIC for 14th day as he is to be tried for treason, crime punishable by death for sacking some 60 judges, including the country’s then-chief justice, on November 3, 2007.
