Karachi: A latest wave of violence erupted in Karachi as seven people including two brothers were killed in less than 12 hours on Saturday.
In the newest incidents, Four of the victims were killed just within an hour in Baldia, Gulshan, Sohrab Goth and, Gulshan-e-Hadeed areas.
Unknown armed men opened fire on Rashid Minhas Road early morning and killed two brothers. The deceased were the students of a madrassa.
Two more men were targeted and killed in Sohrab Goth and Gulshan-e-Hadeed while a body was also found from Baldia Town.
Last night, unknown assailant opened fire on a juice shop near Maskan Chowrangi in Gulshan Iqbal area. As a result, shop owner Hussain Ali and two workers Abdul Wahid and Nadir Ali were killed on the spot.
Two employees of a nearby super store were also injured in the incident. They were identified as Jawad and Riaz.
