Lahore: Police on Wednesday (today) once against included terror charges against 6 PU studentsdespite categorically verdict by anti-terrorism court to remove Section 7 of the Anti Terrorism Act from the FIR against these students.
Police presented over 21 activists of Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) in the court, which observed that cases regarding terrorism were baseless and the police wrongfully registered terrorism cases against the students.
The arrested, who were produced before ATC, include Rao Adnan, Abu Zar Ghafari, Malk Mubashir, Hafiz Wajid and Umar Khalid. Justice Ahmed Mehmood Ranjha ordered the police to drop terrorism charges against them.
But the police against included terror charges against the students and announced to present them before the ATC on Wednesday.
