Lahore: The Pakistan kabaddi team will reach India via the Wagah Border on Saturday to take part in the Kabaddi World Cup to be held from November 30 to December 14.
The Pakistan contingent is comprised on 36 members.
This is the first time that Pakistan women team will take part in the spectacle.
This is first time that Indian Punjab Sports Board has been sent the invitations.
In the past Pakistan Kabaddi Federation (PKF) used to receive such invitations.
Sports Board Punjab is managing everything, while the PKF is providing technical assistance to them.
Ghulam Abbas Butt was coaching the men’s team, while Chaudhry Ghulam Hussain was the coach of the women’s team. He is being assisted by Miss Ayesha. As many as 16 nations have been invited for the events.
