CAPE TOWN: The Pakistani management has decided some prominent changes in the teams by excluding three players due to different reasons in the upcoming 3rd and final One Day International (ODI) match against South Africa.
Pakistani team, who have already won the three-match ODI series by leading 2-0, has made significant changes by substituting two all-rounders and a bowler in the tomorrow’s match to be played at Centurian Park.
Muhammad Hafeez and Shahid Afridi, has been excluded from the players’ list for the upcoming match while fast bowler Junaid Khan’s exclusion was made due to injury, sources said.
The players would be substituted by batsmen Umar Amin, Asad Shafiq and left-handed fast bowler Sohail Tanveer, sources added.
It should be mentioned that power of the Proteas’ bowling attack would be decreased as Dale Steyn, Jacques Kallis removed from the active list followed by injuries, whereas, Graeme Smith was given compassionate leave.
