Karachi: Hundred of vehicles struck in massive traffic jam on main thoroughfares of port city after the resumption of good transportation here on Monday.
The main body of goods transporters in the country, United Goods Transporters’ Alliance (UGTA), had called off its 11-day strike after successful negotiations with government officials at the Governor House.
Traffic has been disturbed in Baldia, Shershah, Site Area, Ghani Chowrangi, Pak Colony, Hub River Road and Maripur since the announcement regarding the resumption of goods transport .
School vans, ambulances and public transport have been stucked which causes problem for the people.
