Karachi: An abductee has been recovered and two of his captors killed during a joint operation held by police and rangers here on early Monday
According to police, “The kidnappers had initially demanded a ransom worth Rs25 million but agreed on Rs4 million deal after constant dialogue with the family of the abductee named Amanullah, who was snatched from Bilal Colony area of Korangi”.
The killed abductors, identified as Akbar Khan and Shah Bakht, belonged to an outlawed outfit, the police said.
The bodies of both the kidnappers have been shifted to Civil Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
