Washington: Sprint customize Moto X will begin form November 11, the customers will be able to choose different colors front and back panels of Moto X instead of regular black and white.
The Moto Maker service of Motorola allows the user to choose the different colors according customers choice. This service has only been available to AT&T customers since the Moto X launched back in August. We recently told you that Verizon Moto X customers would be getting access to Moto Maker in November and it now seems that Sprint will gain access to the service on the same day as Verizon.
According to Android center the leaked image from Sprint’s play book indicate the November 11 launch of Moto Maker service.
Sprint customers will have over 2,000 possible customization options. These options include back color, memory, power on, wallpaper, Google sync, and accessories.
The Sprint Moto X features a 4.7-inch 720p AMOLED HD display and is powered by a custom dual-core 1.7Ghz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with Motorola’s X8 Computing System and an Adreno 320 graphics processing unit (GPU). The smartphone ships with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and is expected to receive an update to Android 4.3 in the near future. The handset includes 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM.
Other specs include a 10-megapixel rear camera with the ability to record 1080p video, as well as a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat. When it comes to connectivity, the Moto X comes with a 4G LTE radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. Motorola has also packed a 2,200 mAh battery that offers excellent battery life.
Since Sprint and Verizon customers will soon be able to customize the look of their Moto X, this should help sales of the smartphone on both carriers. We’ll have to wait to hear the official word from Sprint and Verizon, but it looks like Nov. 11 could be the day that both carriers offer the Moto X the way it should have been at launch.
