KARACHI: Displeased prominent leader and ex-Secretary General of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML), Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, has announced joining Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Sunday.
Barrister Saif provided his stance before media for joining the new political, said that Altaf Hussain has destroyed the idols of conventional politics.
Speaking to media at MQM’s headquarter Nine Zero (90) in Karachi , Saif said development of a person based on performance and ability in the political party.
“MQM is the political party of every Pakistani citizen, who loves his country”, Saif said and added that MQM represents middle-class citizens of Pakistan.
On the occasion, MQM’s leader and Member of National Assembly (MNA) Farooq Sattar said that MQM and Saif have the same ideology, and he always in contact with Altaf Hussain.
Saif was warmly welcomed at Nine Zero on his joining event in the party.
Former Federal Minister, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif had been in the limelight since last few weeks following his resignation from APML as Secretary General after developing differences with top leadership.
