KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has accepted to hear a contempt of court petition against the Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, reported on Saturday.
A bench of the SHC headed by Justice Azhar Rizvi will hear the petition on October 14.
Petitioner Mehmood Akhtar Rizvi stated in his statement that declaring Karachi judges as being frightened, the prime minister committed contempt of court and therefore he does not fulfill the requirements of article 62 and 63 of the constitution.
