LAHORE: The Session Court of Lahore has released arrest orders of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) belonged Member National Assembly (MNA) Sohail Shoukat Butt who is charged in murdering a citizen.
MNA Sohail Shaukat Butt’s arrest orders has been released on Monday over his avoidance on orders to present before the court.
The PML-N leader is charged with murder of a citizen reportedly named as Mushtaq who was his native resident of Batapur area of Lahore, the provincial capital city of Punjab province.
Lahore’s session court had sent several notices to Butt ordering him to present in hearing but he failed to comply.
However, the court directed the authorities for his arrestment and asked them to present him in next hearing.
Sohail Shaukat Butt won the membership of the Pakistan’s National Assembly on NA-130 during May 11 general election 2013.
