PESHAWAR: A local made bomb has been defused by Bomb Disposal Squad near residence of Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak.
According to police official, some unknown miscreants had thrown the device packed inside a box.
The squad had defused the device after sealing the whole, they further said.
The bomb was weighing about 200 to 300, the Bomb Disposal Squad said after defusing the device.
The violence is on rise after the transition of power in the province as well in centre with both the governments yet to come with a comprehensive policy to cope up with terrorism.
