SIALKOT: Beside appreciating peace talk by top Pakistani and Indian political leadership, situation becomes intense on Line of Control (L0C) during last some days after exchange fire by security forces of both countries.
Pakistan’s military sources said that Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) opened unprovoked fire on Pakistani Rangers check post located at Sialkot Sector on Sunday.
Pakistani Rangers started the retaliatory firing for answering the Indian Border Security Forces personnel, the sources said.
One civilian was injured in the firing incident carried out by Indian military officials in Lanjot area situated Kotli city within the premisis of Nakyal sector of Pakistan held Kashmi.
Exchange of fire was continued for few hours, however, no death took place in the incident.
Earlier, Indian authorities accused Pakistan military for killing of 5 soldiers on LoC connected with the region of disputed territory of Kashmir but Pakistan Foreign Office and Army denied the allegations.
