ISLAMABAD: Another smuggling bid foiled by Airport Security Force (ASF) Pakistan when an airhostess of Pakistan International Airlines was arrested on recovering 48 inexpensive smart phones.
PIA airhostess Nusrat, from PK-786, has been arrested by the ASF officials on Benazir International Airport Islamabad on Tuesday on the recovery of high-valued smart phones from her luggage in routine check-up.
According to security sources, the arrested PIA airhostess was arrived from London to Islamabad scheduled flight (PK-786) and each smart phone recovered from her luggage costs at least Rs70,000.
The security officials are investigating the matter from the arrested airhostess while the case will be filled by police if Nusrat found guilty.
Earlier, an airhostess of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) was arrested from Jinnah International Airport Karachi after the recovery of drugs on June 14.
