PESHAWAR: To turn employees into an effective human resource, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa government is working on a model of reward and punishment with special emphasis on their basic needs.
According to sources, the coalition government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Jamaat e Islami is making efforts to raise living standard of government employees as well as of masses.
The move seems to be aimed at keeping them off the corrupt practices.
Terming human resources as the backbone of the government, KPK Senior Minister Sirajul Haq says the provincial government will encourage devoted employees and would take a lead in ensuring their just rights.
