ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has addressed for the first in national assembly after May 11 elections.
He has also taken the oath today as he was unable to reach the assembly for the same due to his back injuries caused in Lahore Rally.
But during his first speech at the assembly, the official broadcasting channel, Pakistan Television (PTV), cut his speech just after two minutes instead of showing the whole speech, which is used to show for the government officials as well as prominent leaders.
The move has sparked a roar on social media especially on Twitter where asking Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz policy regarding free media.
They also criticized federal information minister Pervaiz Rasheed who has told in his initial briefings to bring BBC model to state-run media including PTV and Radio Pakistan.
