Earlier, Jamaat-e-Islami announces to boycott from general election 2013 in Karachi and Hyderabad. The decision was announced by Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Muhammad Hussain Mehnti from Idara Noor e Haq while the party’s chief Syed Munawar Hasan was also present.
There are reports saying that women polling stopped at Oxford School, situated in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
