Karachi: Sindh High Court has dismissed petition of Muttahida Quami Movement over delimitation of contituences in Karachi, the port city of the country.
Earlier, MQM had filed an appeal in Supreme Court of Pakistan, however, took it back later. After this the Karachi-based party filed the petition in SHC calling for a review in delimitation in the cosmopolitan.
However, SHC had dismissed the petition of MQM here on Tuesday. The court viewed that there was a clear decision over delimitation which could not be reviewed.
