ISLAMABAD: “No compromise will be made over the maintenance of security and transparency in the printing of ballot papers in the federal capital.”
This was stated by the representatives of the Election Commission of Pakistan during their visit to the office of Printing Corporation, here on Tuesday.
On this occasion, the officers were briefed on printing of ballot papers and other aspects of the process.
The EC representatives apprised the media that an aid of 300 million rupees has so far been provided to the corporation.
Preparations to hold general elections in the country have gained momentum in the country as only few days are left to the polling day.
