Islamabad: Pakistan’s interim interior minister said on Monday that he is unbiased and will remain unbiased until he succeeds in holding peaceful elections in the country.
Giving his response after most of the mainstream political parties demanded his resignation over favouring Nawaz Sharif, Malik Mohammad Habib Khan denied any links with the political parties of the country.
“”I have no link with any other part,” he said adding that his vote was for 200 million people of the country.
Earlier, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI), Awami National Party (ANP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) demanded removal of Habib Khan over favouring Nawaz Sharif in a statement.
