PHC accepts bail plea Syed Aqil Shah in fake degree case

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday accepted the bail plea of former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa sports minister Syed Aqil Shah.

Shah had filed the bail plea against a session court’s verdict over his fake degree.

A local session court had convicted Aqil of possessing fake degree and sentenced him one year jail and Rs3000 fine.
