QUETTA: The Additional Sessions Court Quetta on Friday sentenced former Pakistan People’s Party Provincial Minister Ali Madad Jattak two years jail and Rs10,000 fine for possessing fake degree.
Additional and Sessions Judge Abdul Hakeem Kakar had reserved its verdict over the fake degree on Thursday after recording his statement.
Ali Madad Jattak was elected member of Balochistan Assembly on the PPP ticket in 2008 general elections and he was accused of having a fake degree.
Ali Madad Jattak had presented a graduation degree of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai University Khairpur but the institution declared his it fake.
