Karachi: In protest against the killing of Dr Asad Usman in Karachi, the doctors and the premedical staff in the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) have announced to observe three-day strike against the shooting of their colleague.
Unidentified men on Tuesday gunned Dr Usman and his private guard in Nazimabad area of the city.
The doctors have said that they would observe three days strike in Out-Patient Department (OPD) the hospital.
ASH Director Waqar Kazmi said that the government had been failed to provide security to the doctors, adding that good doctors were leaving the country due to the government’s behavior.
