Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday announced its interim order in International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) containers implementation case and ordered the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) chairman for the recovery of the losses from the accused within two weeks.
The court has also directed the chairman to personally appear during the next hearing of the case.
During previous hearing, the court was informed that an amount of Rs54.73 billion had been defalcated in the ISAF containers’ case and the people involved in looting money have got stay orders from High Court.
