Karachi: Despite the Shia Ulema Council announced to end strike in Karachi, Majlis-e-Wahdat Ul Muslimeen (MWM) has said that they would stage sit-in in the city after Magribain prayer to protest against the Sunday’s blast.
A powerful car blast in the city’s Abbas Town on Sunday evening killed at least 45 people and injured over 140 others. Most of the people killed in blast were the member of Shi’te community.
The MWA has announced that they would stage sit-in at Numaish Chowrangi and Ancholi areas after the Magribain prayer.
Sindh government announced to mourn dead of the blast while the national flag is at half-mast.
