Karachi: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has said that the factors target Hazara people in Quetta city are behind the blasts in Jacobabad and Shikarpur.
While talking to media on Tuesday, the minister said that Sindh was the land of Sufis, adding that the attacks on Shrines and hierarchs would not be tolerated.
He alleged Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) of backing and funding the militants. “PML-N should stop supporting the militant groups.”
Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) leader are consistently accusing the PML-N leadership of facilitating the banned outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ), the group which has claimed the responsibility of targeting Shi’tes in Balochistan.
Earlier, Interior Minister Rahman Malik warned Punjab government to move to supreme judiciary if it continues it facilitation to the LeJ.
He said that he had solid proves to present in the court that the provincial government of Punjab is supporting LeJ, adding that he will reveal all relevant documents in this regard soon in front of media.
