Karachi: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday dismissed the Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) review petition over delimitation in Karachi.
A larger-bench of the apex court headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali resumed the hearing of Karachi law and order case in Karachi registry the Supreme Court.
During today’s hearing, the bench rejected the MQM’s review petition over delimitation in Karachi saying Barrister Farogh Naseem, the counsel of MQM, has failed to satisfy the court with his argument.
