Sharjah: The Ruler of Sharjah and the member of Supreme Council Dr Shaikh Suntal Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi has issued a new public hygiene law “Law No. 2” in the emirate of Sharjah.
According to the new law, the people will be strictly prohibited to throw litter, burying, storing or disposing off any form of garbage on public and private places i.e. squares, road, alleys, beaches, balconies etc.
The new law will lead the community to environment preservation and also helps to step forward towards sustainable development.
Previously, Shaikh Sultan has issued law no. 1 for 2013 for the conservation of water resources in the emirate.
