Lahore: Young Doctors Association (YDA) Punjab strike in Out Patients Departments (OPDs) continued on 13th consecutive day on Monday.
Earlier YDA Punjab demanded the provincial government to provide service structure, end of victimisation of young doctors and release of their colleagues.
YDA started their strike in OPDs of all public hospitals of Punjab including Lahore to pressurise the government to consider their demands.
The young doctors made their OPD camps outside hospitals to facilitate patients during the strike.
The government failed in resolving the matter and normalizing the situation.
