Lahore: The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore announced admissions in MSc Telecommunication Networks.
The programme including three semesters is a joint venture between the ZTE University, China and the department of electrical engineering of the university.
Application forms are available at the university’s website. Completed application form with the paid bank challan can be submitted to the ZTE-UET Telecommunication Centre in the department till Jan 31, 2013 during working days.
Interested candidates must have (a) CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in four-year BSc engineering programme in the relevant field i.e. computer engineering, computer science, computer system engineering, electrical engineering and telecommunication engineering or (b) at least 65% in a two-year BSc Programme i.e. double mathematics and physics, or double mathematics and statistics plus at least 65% in a two-year MSc telecommunication or MSc computer science programme.
The processing fee of Rs.1,000/- can be deposited in the account number 01287901316903 with Habib Bank Limited through the bank challan available with the printout of the application. The details of course descriptions, fees and regulations can be found in the prospectus which can be downloaded from the website.
The last date for submission of application form is Thursday, January 31, 2013 up to 5.00 pm.
Admission test and interview are scheduled for Saturday February 02, 2013 at 11.45 am in the department of the university.
