Jaipur: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that they want good ties with Pakistan but the neighbouring country also needs to take steps in that direction.
Addressing at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) session in Jaipur on Sunday, the PM said that peace and stability were key to foreign policy.
He accused that Pakistan committed an inhuman act on the LoC on January 8. “We have told Pakistan that this could affect bilateral relations.”
Pakistan and India both accused each other last week of violating ceasefire and killing soldiers.
