Islamabad: Canadian-Pakistani cleric and Founder of Tehrik-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran’s (TMQ) Tahir-ul-Qadri began delivering his address to long marchers at D-Chowk of Islamabad on Wednesday morning.
The sit-in of his thousands of followers is continued on second consecutive day. The participants spent the second night under the sky during frosty weather.

JUST IN: Qadri reveals that the interior ministry had tried to kidnap him during long march but his workers saved him after fighting.
He alleges that Punjab University students are being forced to protest against him outside the provincial assembly in Lahore.
He asks government that they are not confronting with any Mullah but with a teacher of law.
Qadri presenting his four point agenda
First point: Electoral reforms should be made as per the Constitution before the general elections. Elections should take place as per the Article 62, 63 and 218 of the Constitution.
Second point: Want dissolution of current Election Commission to form new.
Third point: Qadri says, “My third point is formation of impartial interim government before the general elections.”
Fourth point: Qadri demands dissolution of all the constitutional assemblies.

12: 25pm, The Canadian-Pakistani leader asks shopkeepers of Islamabad to open their shops, and guarantees no one will damage their properties.
12:20pm, He says Australia’s former Prime Minister Bob Hawke once told his that one of the top men from Pakistan came to him — when he was visiting Pakistan for investment deal — and said whatever amount has been decided 100 rupees will come into Pakistan and 30 in his (top man) account outside Pakistan.
12:15pm, These dacoits and looters will flee from the country within two days, he says.
12:10pm, Qadri says the rulers have only two or three days remaining.

12:05pm, Qadri claims television cable service has been shut in several cities including Lahore.
11:55am, He says a person who should be in jail is sitting in the parliament.
11:50am, “Hundreds of corrupt and tax evaders of the country have come lawmakers…we don’t want tax evaders to become member of the parliament.”
11:45am, He says as per the Constitution corrupt people could not become members of the parliament.
11:40am, The ruling elites have no right to rule the country.
11:35am, Qadri invited Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan to join him in his movement saying if they have same agenda than why they have separate ways. He said that he had invited Khan before leaving Lahore for long march.
11:30am, He paid tribute to Pakistan military and judiciary for their positive role during last five years.
11:25am, He criticised the law minister and other government officials over linking the Supreme Court’s orders to arrest the prime minister with his long march.
11:20am, Qadri starts delivering his speech.
