Quetta: The Balochistan government on Thursday night called in eight platoons of Frontier Corps (FC) for security measures in Quetta, a metropolitan of Pakistan, today (Friday).
According to Home Secretary Balochistan, eight FC platoons have been called in and they would be deployed in sensitive parts of the city to avoid any terror bid on the occasion of funeral prayers of at least 70 people in the city, who died in twin blasts on Thursday.
“Pakistan army is also on alter for security in Quetta today.”
