Karachi: Seven people were killed in a firing incident near Dr Nadir Homeopathic Hospital at Karachi-Hyderabad Superhighway in Karachi, a metropolitan of Pakistan, here on Thursday.
The incident has spread fear among residents of the area as shops are reportedly shut.
The bodies have been shifted to a local hospital in the city while police and law enforcement authorities have cordoned-of the area.
At least 13 people have been killed in the city during lat two hours.
