Kotli: At least three people including two students were killed and five others injured in a road accident in Kotli district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday morning.
Television reports quoting rescue sources said that the incident occurred when a jeep coming from Andhroot area to Tata Pani plunged into a gorge in Kotli. “Resultantly, three people died and five others injured.”
Rescue teams rushed to the spot and injured and bodies have been shifted to local hospital.
Road accidents are common in Pakistan due to bad road infrastructure and inexperienced driving.
