Dharki: More than 400 social and Lady Health Workers of Dharki city have announced to halt all work relating to the anti-measles campaign until the improvement in their service structure.
The LHWs boycotted the drive to convey their sentiments against the non-payment of dues relating to the earlier run anti-polio campaign.
The deadly outbreak of measles in Sindh has claimed 187 lives, while the death toll is feared to escalate in the absence of vaccinations and lack of interest of authorities in the matter.
