Karachi: As many as 28 people accused of creating unrest were held shortly after restoration of life activities in Karachi on Saturday.
Rangers took under custody 28 people who allegedly forced shops to close, while other resorted to aerial firing at Numaish Chowrangi.
Two killed
Targeted killing has resumed after a brief pause due to the strike in the city. One person has been killed in Orangi Town while another near Banaras Bridge in an hour. One person has also been injured in North Karachi due to firing by unknown people.
