Mumbai: Indian domestic fast bowlers are getting some useful cricketing tips from former Pakistani paceman Wasim Akram in order to improve their skills.
Bengal player Shimi Ahmed gave credit of his outstanding hat-Trick during Ranji Trophy to Wasim Akram saying that while playing for Kolkata Knight Riders during Indian Premier League, the Pakistani pacer gave him some useful tips.
“I have learned a lot about reverse swing from Wasim Akram,” he said adding that he also learned about the ways of overcoming injuries in quick time.
His advices have enabled me to improve my game, he added.
