Islamabad: The district administration of Islamabad, capital city of Pakistan, has announced a ban on the motorcycle riding in the city on Saturday amid concerns that the militants might target mourning rallies on bikes.
According to handout issued on Friday, the district administration said that the ban was imposed after receiving directions from Interior Ministry, led by Rehman Malik.
The ban would be enforced from 10 am till 8 pm.
It is to be mentioned here that Rehman Malik has announced that the miscreants might target Shiite mourning processions by planting bombs in bikes.
