Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) President federal minister has applauded Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for taking action against his son-in-law in the bakery employee torture case.
Speaking to media on Thursday, the minister said that taking note of torture on an employee of a bakery was a good step.
It is to mention here that Ali Imran, a son-in-law of Shahbaz Shari, was arrested on Wednesday after the chief minister ordered that nobody could be spared for his status and nobody was above the law.
However, Imran claimed that he himself appeared before the police, adding that though the bakery employee was beaten up by his staff, he and his family had nothing to do with the episode.
