Rawalpindi: Malala Yousufzai has been kept on ventilator and would remain in the same condiation for next 72 years in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the country’s top military hospital in Rawalpindi, local media said on Saturday.
According to the reports, a panel of doctors would check up on Malala after 72 hours to decide whether she should be shifted or not.
Neurosurgical and intensive care specialists said Malala Yousafzai was in stable condition so far but next 36 to 48 hours critical.
Army’s media wing said on Friday that a special medical team had been constituted, headed by a Major General, and that the decision to send Malala abroad would be taken by the medical board.
