Dera Murad Jamali: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif has announced that Punjab government will give Rs200,000 to every Baloch family affected by the flood in Balochistan.
Addressing a gathering here in Dera Murad Jamali while visiting flood-hit area of Balochistan on Sunday, Nawaz said that the Punjab government had sent relief goods to flood-hit areas, adding that the trucks could not reach the area due to suspension of land roots.
“The delivery of the relief goods will be increase after the restoration of land roots,” Nawaz said. “Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif will also visit Balochistan.”
The PML-N president said that the public money should be spent on the masses and demanded the government to provide Rs100,000 to every family affected by the flood.
Nawaz asked the public not to rely on government and demanded them to come forward to help the poor people.
