Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee has withdrawn the 3-day ultimatum given to Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government, here on Wednesday, after president Zardari assured to fulfill the demands.
Announcing the decision of withdrawl, the committee said that the decision has been made after president Zardari assured to resolve the issues in accordance with formula agreed between the two parties.
Earlier, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain also directed the rabita committee to withdraw the ultimatum amid assurances from the president.
