Colombo: Just hours before the beginning of International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 World Cup, the anti-doping team on Tuesday visited Pakistan team’s practice session and took samples for the dope test of four Pakistani players.
“Abdul Razzak, Mohammed Sami, Asad Shafiq and Imran Nazir were the cricketers whose samples have been taken by the anti-doping committee of the ICC,” a report said.
The report said that the team would take samples from every team participating in the event, adding that tests would be taken before and during the world cup.
