Karachi: Karachi Stock Exchange 100-index has attained a level of four and-half- years old, reaching at 15,517 on Tuesday to continue its journey towards 16,000.
The benchmark 100 index witnessed record buying of major stocks as bulls continued to rule in the market and added 118.5 point alone in the index.
The shares volume was recorded impressive at 90 million shares whereas the market capitalization increased to Rs 4.1 trillion.
Analysts said that market sentiments were seen positive during the trade as tension between the government and judiciary was eased off after PM Raja Pervaiz pledged to write letter to Swiss officials in the Supreme Court.
